Millennial Technology partnered with LHR to design, improve, and implement their PMS solution. LHR now uses Millennial Technology as an ongoing IT leader to augment their onsite IT department.
Currently, Millennial is implementing a managed guest Wifi platform that brings the hotel into the modern era of guest, high-speed internet access.
Conflicts To Solve:
1. Plagued by an older PMS that did not connect with the various systems required to run a multi-faceted hotel operation:

2. Significant downtime and lost revenue due to deficiencies in network design and the reliance on too many vendors to receive adequate support.
3. Need to remove old servers and IT hardware in order to move into the cloud-era.

By implementing Opera Cloud POS as the industry leader in property management systems, Lakehouse Hotel can interface with just about any other system which was critical for this operation due to the hotel’s many features, including the marina, dining facilities, two golf courses and event and activities spaces.
2. Streamlined communication. Now, Lakehouse Hotel can liaise between all vendor stakeholders for transition over a 3-month time period. LHR resources could focus on running their hotel and the guest experience while Millennial focus on the IT.
